Cafe Groove!

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission presents a series for teens, Cafe Groove! A Coffee House for Teens,

Planetarium program

Howard B. Owens Science Center

Oct. 10 will feature Journeys to the Stars: Atlantis

. Last year we inadvertently traveled out of our solar system to worlds unknown through the Sun Gate at Tiwanaku, Bolivia. This year, we embark on a journey to explore the ruins of what we believe is the lost city of Atlantis. Staff will lead an hour-long search for clues around the science center.

'Said the Spider'

St. Joseph's Players' Guild

presents "Said the Spider to the Spy"

preceded by dinner at St. Joseph's Corrigan Hall, 1283 Odenton Road, Odenton. Performances will be Oct. 10, 11, 12, 17 and 18. Dinners are at 6:30 p.m. followed by the show at 8; Sunday dinner is at 4:30 p.m. with the show at 6.
