Spanish Language Tours - second Saturday of each month, 11 a.m.

A year later he was flying his recreational glider at Congressional Airport - the modern-day location of Congressional Country Club. His 1933 glider license was signed by Orville Wright. His glider has been recreated by the Wright Experience and is on display through Oct. 18.

The 1911 Model B Flight Simulator, an interactive exhibit that lets you "fly over" the historic College Park Airport, features cockpit hand controls and state-of-the-art visuals to make this the ultimate Wright Brothers experience. Regular museum admission, plus $1 per person, per three-minute "ride."

As part of the Veterans History Project, wartime veterans are encouraged to share their experiences and document their military service through taped interviews that are then sent to the Library of Congress. Interviews can be set up by calling or e-mailing the aviation museum where staff and volunteers conduct taped interviews of veterans and civilians associated with the war effort beginning with World War II and up through the Iraqi conflict.

An exhibit featuring cartoonist Charles M. Schulz's Snoopy as the World War I Flying Ace, is open through Nov. 30. The exhibit showcases 40 of Snoopy's most exciting adventures in his transformed doghouse - now a Sopwith Camel airplane - from the time he faced a deadly bout of influenza to sparring with the Flying Ace's archenemy, the Red Baron.
