| BBGC coach responds to allegations

A Bowie Boys and Girls Club coach who has been the subject of complaints from parents and coaches says the problem perhaps stems from a long-standing feud. In a lengthy phone interview with the Blade-News following last week's story about these written complaints, the coach called most of the allegations "lies" and "made-up stories." The complaints against the coach ranged from using profanity during games, instructing his softball players to "hit her in the head ... ," and calling the parent of a player "white trash."
