The Bowie city relays began promptly Tuesday evening but were postponed due to weather. Hard rain, wind and lightning whipped through the area Tuesday. The remainder of the events - the crescendo and parent relays - will be made up during the annual city meet which will take place July 14 at Belair Bath and Tennist located next to...
