Lucia D'Costa wants justice.

"My husband left home and never came back," the 30-year-old mother of two said. "I want to know what happened and why."

About 24 hours after Mrs. D'Costa reported her husband missing to police, his body was discovered in the unfinished basement of a vacant house in Old Bowie. Samuel D'Costa, 36, a successful entrepreneur and real estate agent, had been shot several times.
