The outlook remains sunny for the city of Bowie even though the forecast for the rest of the state is seemingly dreary and gloomy, Mayor G. Frederick Robinson said during his annual State of the City address at the Bowie Golf and Country Club Monday. "Bowie folks know more than most that life is not about waiting for the storm to pass.
