Trash collectors thanked

I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and thank the city of Bowie trash collectors. I personally think you would be hard pressed to find a more difficult, yet often thankless job in this area. Not only do the folks battle the heat, rain, snow and freezing temperatures on a daily basis, but the mere lifting of these often way-too-heavy cans is such a difficult task it's a wonder they can do it as efficiently and effectively as they do.

One thing they can be guaranteed, no matter what the temperatures, our trash keeps building. I send a special shout out to the crew that serves my own...
